D35 or anything that'll fit...can be junk...

Hey everyone. Recently picked up an 87 XJ. Has a 44 under the rear What I need is a junk axle to put under it so I can still move the jeep around while the 44 is out. I cant put my axle under the junk jeep because Im building the 44 while its out. So...what Im looking for is any junk axle. All it really needs is the ability to be mounted, and to have wheels attached. I dont even need to attach shocks... Im about 1 mile from coatesville PA. Ill come get it if its in your way. I might even part with a few bucks if no one has just a piece of junk laying around. Or...if there is something off of an 87 Laredo, that Im not already using, maybe we can trade??? Let me know.

Hey Justin,

Glad to see you snagged a D44. Try posting on BMJA.org. They are local and I'm sure someone has what you need. I literally threw out a D35 a few months ago

Hey thanks for the reply. I figured that anyone with a 35 laying around is probably just going to junk it anyways... Ill definetly try over at BMJA.org and see what comes up. Thanks!!

You can even use a 35 from the back of an AMC Eagle, same rear end except for axle shafts are a 2 piece. You should be able to find one of those relaitively cheap/free.
