D30 from a zj or tj

a friend of mine needs one with 3.55 gears. i assume the zj and tj are the same as far as bracketry go since he does not have the skill to put on new brackets and is also just looking for something cheap to replace his. pm me if you can help thanks

the rear axles from a ZJ and TJ are different.
