D-Ring mount for front tow hook brackets?

I know Hi country made them but they're out of business. Does anyone else make them? I already have HD frame brackets w/ tow hooks from Custom 4x4
but would rather have D rings I can remove when not needed.

Making your own is not difficult if you have access to a Bridgeport Mill and some scrap steel.

I made my own for my bronco winch bumper by buying some steel stock and drilling three holes in them. The only issue I had was that the steel ate drill bits
