D.I.Y. Eaton M62 Supercharger

When I get around to lowering my front end more, I'll be chopping the front axle tube in the center for more oilpan clearance and use the offset balljoints to get at least -2.5* camber(like what TeamPettyCash did).

How much will you stretch your tires? I think BimmerWorld had theirs stretched by 3/8" in their last win.

Well 285/30-18s on 9" and 9.5" is a stuff, when others put them on 10&11" wheels. In the bmw world, 255s are for 9" wheels(I'm gonna have to run that combo in the future to compete with the stu boost buggies limited to 245s), so seeing CM's 265s on 10" isn't exactly stretching much and is probably right in the middle of the 9-11" recommended wheel width for that 265. I can understand hating on the hood and those little lights, but the Jeep looks good, especially the wheel&tire size combo(not a fan of the tire brand). The stance boys in the bmw world stretch 205s and 215s on 9" wheels and they have 1" of wheel sticking out and it looks like the beads are gonna come off.

I rather learn more about why people believe it is detrimental to shove the supercharger output through the stock 63mm opening in the intake manifold. I see plenty of setups with superchargers mounted on the other side of the 4.0L on the AC compressor bracket sending it through a pipe over the engine into the intake manifold. Heck, that is how it is done with the M90 on Thunderbirds. This obsession with having the widest opening makes even less sense after adding an intercooler. The intercooler itself will typically have a 63mm opening on each end up to the 500hp range.
