That's sharp! And on a 4-door at that. I've got a 2-door that I'm thinking about cutting on. Is there a flare that'll fit on the rear of yours? Maybe a TJ or is your cut too big?

I used the same method of rough cutting as Stick did, then used wiss offset tinsnips for the final fine tuning. Get a set of left and rights, they come in handy for other projects as well.Stick said:I used a drill and the DeWalt metal shears. I used the drill to drill a strter hole, and then cut the inner/outer fender, with the shears. They worked great. It really surprised me how well they cut the inner fender.
