No one will be yanking me froma chain. I always wheel with good friends with winches and tow straps without hooks.

And I dont wheel that much and dont do anything with deep mud and such where that kind of pull is maybe neccessary.
No yanking whatso ever other than how the straps work(rubberband type pull)

They are on the back. My trailer has really long safety chains so I put then back there. I can reach back there no problem.

thats no stack of dimes welding job there dude. quit trying to cover your ass with every excuse in the book listen to these guys a lot of them have welded about half the things on their Jeeps. You just need to get some experience. I wouldn't tow with that thing myself

a stack of dimes doesn't make a strong weld. dimes in GMAW are all cosmetic. i'm not saying i don't like a nice stack of dimes look but it's not required to get a weld of good quality.
