I've not seen the EVT (EGR Vacuum Transducer) by itself anywhere, and the EGR Valve Assembly is OEMR-Only. Last time I had to get one at Normandin here in San Jose it ran something like $140. Make sure to get the gasket to go with that, as it is not included.
Be prepared to do some cursing while you change that thing. The OEM bolts required a Torx socket (T40, I think) which I then replaced with SHCS bolts in 3/8-16x1", IIRC (SHCS - Socket Head Cap Screw. I used hex sockets to make the tools easier to find...)
Also, put a light coat of RTV Copper on both sides of the EGR gasket when you put it in - it helps seal and help the gasket stay sealed.
