I was wondering if any of you from the Springs area had any information about this company:
http://www.hhtires.com/
They sell vehicles also and I found a Tahoe on autotrader that I was considering coming down to check-out.
Before I make the drive from Cheyenne though I wanted to see if I was going to be driving down to a shady little car lot attached to a tire place or what the situation is.
Thanks for any input.

They are right in front of my shop lol.
They are a decent sized used car lot and have a damn nice inventory for a used car lot.
They do a ton of tire business too. I live in fountain and most ppl around here talk good about them.....fwiw

I don't know about their car lot but if its like their tire shop then I would avoid them like the plague.

Thids past spring I took my Eclipse in to have the RH Rear tire replaced (the work order even clearly said to do the RH rear) and the dumbshits replaced the LH Frontwhich still had about 70% tread left.I didn't notice until I got home that evening and called them first thing the next morning. The said bring it down and they would correct their mistake so I thought "no problem".
Here's where things go shitty. While they were removing the LH front they snapped some wheel studs and told me it was going to cost me about $75 to fix them. They asked who was the last place to put that wheel on the car and I siad they were the last ones that removed and installed it and I wasn't paying for their screw up.The the manager tells me that they snapped because it had the wrong lug nuts and that wasn't their fault and I had to pay.I started arguing with this moron and brought up a couple of valid points- A) If his people wouldn't have screwed up and messed with that wheel (LH Front) the day before, and changed the RH rear like they were supposed to, none of this would have happened in the first place. and point B) If they were the wrong lugnuts then why in the hell didn't they say something about it the day before when they were in the middle of their screw up? I would have gladly paid for the right lugnuts right then and there. After much arguing and a whole lot of restraint on my part to keep from kicking this weasly managers ass, as well as me calling the owner and having to point out the obvious to him as well, I was finally able to leave without having to pay these crooks for their screw up.

I will NEVER do business with H&H TIRE again because after this incident it is my opinion that they are a bunch of theives.

Just make sure you have the vehicle checked out really well before you buy it. Have had a few cars in my work that were total turds with some crapy temp fixes on them.

For me, It only takes a couple of down checks to make avoid a shop like the plague... Just the tire fiasco plane fixer ran into is good enough for me. One can only imagine just how bollocks up the vehicles really are...
