Oh, I got a cool new tool too. I got a 1.5" dimple die set, now I can make some fancy holes in plate for my Jeep.

After a long day of fabricating I am left with one clean kickass garage!

Home made stand and hydro conversion.

I went to do my test bend and I found out that my hydro ram needs more fluid, and I need new electricity to the garage because turning on the air compressor blows the fuse... each time... and my mom dosnt like when the alarm (on same power source) goes off!
So I made my 90* bend using the hand pump! Had to re-pin at 55* but when I remount the ram after paint and filling the ram, I should make it to 60 maybe 65* without re-pinning and my base only takes up 1.75'x1.75' and it rolls around!

Is that the harbor freight ram? I think I need to replace mine, my hand pump is pretty much useless. What did it run you?

Just got done knocking the pistons out of a 4.0L that I'd hoped to re-ring and re-assemble for my son's rig. The P.O let it overheat to the point that the under-side of the pistons look bronze in color.

Pistons are scored, cylinders will need to be bored .030 over to clean them up....


Anyone looking for a builder short block that's completely that's dis-assembled?

I dont know if its any worse but if you want the block from my old motor. It may be better than the current one?

I've got a long block that was a great runner but spun a rod,
I'd let it go super cheap

That $90 was just for the ram. Bender was $295 and dies are $150-$250 depending on which one you get.

And yes, every Jeeper should have one (or at least every Jeepers son).

That's still not too bad. Considering all that you could do with it.

It's good to see father and son come together to do something they both love.

Wish my pops was still alive so we could enjoy jeepin together!

damn, that sucks. wish I was closer, I have a few running motors I'd let go for ~100, and a running one that is pretty sick (bad head gasket) I'd give you for free.
