Hey YellaHeep,

Were you driving your new truck down I70 into golden at around 6:30-40ish?

I was in the left lane driving back from Breck when I see the profile of a wide ass truck rapidly approaching in the rearview and got over pretty quickly... then saw a grey dodge dually (same as yours) cruise by.


Seemed like you had somewhere to be...

Nope, I don't hit I-70 on my commute at all & I have to be to work by 6pm so that certainly wouldn't have been me.

BTW..... how does the profile of a wide ass truck approach rapidly in the rear view??? Profile is a side shot....... if it was in fact the profile.... yeah, a truck comin' at ya sideways woulda been pretty frightening......

I can't imagine there's any paint out there that would stick to that kind of rubber.......

I'd guess that a highly concentrated dye might get it done...... it'd have to be pretty freakin' hot to get into the rubber...... but then I'd be worried about the dye or heat or combination of all that causing the rubber to fail prematurely.....

Those boots are under a warranty through RCV right? Might wanna consider if trying to color them could void the warranty.....

I probably wont paint them, I just cant get enough green! haha

we finally made the switch from acu to multi-cam here in afghanistan, these new uniforms are great!

haha thanks, they new camo does work really well against the rocky landscapes and orchards in my area.

i seldom have time for action shots though, i got a busy job start to finish and don't have a lot of time to snap pictures oustide the wire.
