Re: The Colorado BS thread

Somebody needs this! :twak:

He knows who he is...

Re: The Colorado BS thread

No wheeling, but gonna take the ol' ZJ up oldsatge road and see how an almost stock jeep with all terrain tires and no lockers does up there. Should be fun.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

don't accidently end up on your lid, man -- easy on the skinny in the snow!:explosion

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Well were back. I led the way. Breaking thro snow up to the windows. Props to the stock zj and the big o a/t's there  gsxrs4life got stuck bad so we had to do some digging and tuggin. Was bad enough we made a camp fire and hung out for a bit. Ended up being about a 5-6 hour trip. Was good times for sure. Pretty stoked at how well the stock zj' on 245 big o's did.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Sorry. Only a few pics turned out. Damn cell phones and night pics!!!

Here's a spot we had to try twice. The passenger side was almost up to door handle in snow!!

Our fire. Not too bad for soaked/frozen trees and only having car incense smelly thingies( stuff that hangs from your mirror) to start it with

Re: The Colorado BS thread

I have no problems with people having their own beliefs and ha ing complete fair in them.....

But.....

I am growing very tired of the 'jesus', 'respect life', 'Pro choice', etc billboards all over the damn springs.
But today I almost lost my temper. At the mall with some friends, eating and we are approached by a man and woman. Who insisted on askin us about the ten commandments and our life choices and tellin us were bad people. I almost lost it.
Anyone else feel same way?

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Mike,
I used to get really upset when accosted in much the same way and wasn't always civil about it. Now i tend to just take it n stride until pushed too far. Once I've told the person that I have my beliefs and am not interested in what they have to say, that usually ends the conversation.

If pressed beyond my limits I remove all of my clothing and start doing "The Helicopter" and in my best Scotty (from Star Trek) voice start yelling "I'm givin' it all she's got Capt'n!!!"

With few exceptions this tends to cause people to leave me alone.

Hope it works well for you too.

LOL. I'll give ya a halleluja - lets testify!

Mike, just pretend to have a civil conversation with them, and gradually drift into jibberish - just like frank's solution, only subtler. When I was a sr. in high school I remember some jehova's witnesses coming to the house - I invited them in, gave them some water, argued a bit, and when they wouldn't leave, I just started bussing with the melon man drippin tree honey up tight on the freeway... they left a bit more confused than when they came.:shiver:

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Re: The Colorado BS thread

If'n I don't have to meet you at the jail, I can probably help -- shoot me a PM with the details and then we'll talk
