Yeah that sucks! Having Ortis vs. Griffin AND Lesnar vs. Carwin in the same night would have been awesome.
I hear after the last surgery the Lesnar vs. Carwin fight is postponed indefinitely till he's better. And there's rumors he might not be coming back to UFC at all after this

You cant beat the drunken Irishman. That was the problem with the last fight, Griffin hadn't had enough Jameson that night.
I give Ortiz his due for being a bad arse, but I will be rooting for Griffin. If anybody wants to come up to Hooters Boise with me I'll buy you a drink.

Y'all are gonna be disappointed. Ortiz has been training since May........ Griffin has had his ass handed to him his last two fights (Evans and Silva) and he's lost to Ortiz once already. I don't recall who, but one of those fighters said "Yeah, I was surprised - Griffin's punches have lost their sting.... maybe he's getting tired..... that might explain his saying he's shifting his training toward wrestling........"
Ortiz is gonna be confident and prepared....... Griffin is gonna be gun shy..... :looney:

Id say he is shifting towards wrestling to better round himself out as a fighter. He has caught a bit of flack for being more of a brawler than a technical fighter.
I can't say he is going to win hands down, I am rooting for him though. I want him to win.
