Colorado B/S Thread

Re: The Colorado BS thread

I bet you voted for Ross Perot too?
First election I was old enough to vote in was 2004. I may play a cranky old bastard on the internet but I'm actually only 25...

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Need help with a fairly simple collection for a deadbeat client.
Will be small claims territory but I would not mind some advice so I don't mess things up.
Licensed to practice in Denver, hopefully around 80211 zip code.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

I have a guy I'd reference in the Springs, but noone in Denver.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

This is simple enough that we could probably do it remotely.
95% likely they will settle out of court once I serve them.
Need to be licensed in CO just in case, should have wrote CO instead of Denver regarding that. Would prefer to talk to them in person here in Denver but if nobody else pops up and this is the area of specialty for the person in the Springs I would take the name.
Thank you.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Tom is actually pretty good with that circus, we've discussed his amateur lawyer status before...

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Oh cool, he and I have conversed a bit on here about parts.
I'll send him a pm.
Although I could probably handle the small claims filing, there are just so many loopholes that I think it pays off to pay for a bit of advice. Dollar amount we are talking here is only $$2500 or so. But if you mess up something simple it can get tossed out...

Re: The Colorado BS thread

I camped on the sand dunes last night... I jumped my jeep and had a lot of fun. Now there is a lot of sand inside my jeep. I want more power.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

First time ever I'm a registered libertarian, had to leave the Romney led republicrat party

Re: The Colorado BS thread

I'm with you, but consider what Obama will do if reelected. Pretty scary to me.

But look at the fools running against him! :tears:

Re: The Colorado BS thread

that attitude will get you someone just as bad, with better rhetoric. I am currently registered republican for the first time in my life. The day Dr. Paul leaves the party or doesn't get the nomination, I'll immediately put the "I" back next to my name. There is nothing better than Obama about any of the other lying, cheating fools running for office. They are just as corrupt, just as determined to maintain the corporatist-fascist system that we live under, and just as contemptful of the American people. None of them will get my vote, they will not have the consent of THIS governed.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

The '90 passed emissions, on the first try. :)

Re: The Colorado BS thread

So, whats gonna be open out that way this time of year? Since i am getting out there I want to go to places like Pikes Peak and Rocky Mountain National Park just not sure of all the stuff to do out there.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Romney is the likely candidate at this point and he was my governor... and gave us the massachusetts equivalent of obamacare.

Hell with that guy, beelzebub is further up the list of people I would vote for than him.

Pike Peak and RMNP will be open, but the road over the pass and through RMNP is probably not open. (Can't remember the name) Keep in mind, Pikes Peak and RMNP are about 3 hours apart. Not much to see yet, but the peak-to-peak highway is cool. Even though Mt. Evans is closed for the season Echo Lake is still pretty nice.

Trail-wise, it's a little too early in the season for most trails to be open.

For non-driving activities there is plenty to do. For the classic experience go eat pizza at Beau-Jo's in Idaho Springs.
