So im building a full tube chassis cherokee based desert truck witj center mounted 4 links i will be running coil overs and triple by pass on all 4 wheels. Im about to make my purchase on coilovers as soon as my tax return comes in. I am goimg to be running 16 inch stroke inner shock and 18 inch stroke outer shock at all 4 corners. I however due to funding willhave to start with coilovers and add by pass later. Im curious if its better to run the coilover as the shorter or longer shock and why what performane gains and losses will i come across between the location. I would prefer longer coilovers but never see it mounted that way and im just curious as to why and havent foind any info or a debate between the locations.
