Those of you recommending Scuba tanks:
Remember, in order to fill up at a dive shop, they're gonna want to see your certification card; I'd hate to see someone buy a tank only to realize they can't get it filled. I think a paintball store will fill them too, but my buddies who did paintball used to ask me to get their tanks filled since scuba fills were a bit cheaper.
