Clutch Master Cylinder - Broken 3

I think the problem with the older ones was they only used on small spot weld on that side spot and left a super thin area at about 90 degrees from the weld (top side IIRC) unreinforced. Probably tried to save 50 cents by not using a second or third weld on them. That allowed it to flex at the weld until the weld broke.
 
This is listed as a right hand drive, 96, wondering if it is the same as my 85?

Interesting. Ad says 84-01, then down below it seems to say that this is a 96 right-hand drive part, but the 96 manual doesn't specify a RHD pedal assembly.

I have been thinking of a "BIG FEETS" mod to my pedal assembly--this might be worth a look.
