Class C motorhome towing with ford V10???

We have a 6.0 in one of our work trucks like that. Its been taken care of and had regular oil changes its whole life. Its got 160K on it and it sounds like a diesel when its cold, and sounds like a hoopty when its warm from lifter tapping. It also uses oil like it does gas lol.

This one started doin this mess at 70K, and has progressively gotten worse. Last winter it had a stuck lifter issue goin on that would take on average 10-15 minutes to hush up when started cold....didn't see that this winter though.
