I talked to my dad the other day and he was up hiking around at Silverstar and the Hidden Waterfall area (by larch mt.) and he popped out on a road and this yellow lifted TJ came by and he started talking to them and they said there working with the DNR or BLM one of them to get a Jeep Road put in up there since theres really nowhere around here to wheel so maybie that will come through
