What will be remembered, [...] is that he BEAT RUSSIA in the middle of the Cold War. He was an unbeatable, unstopable machine who consistently shut down the competition, and that puts me in a state of awe.

I'll never forget watching the 72 world championship telecast live. (At least I think it was live. Too many drugs in the 80s to remember anything clearly now.) Watching chess on TV! Like it's a freaking football game. Amazing.

There is no way I should have been posting in the condition I was
in last night....

But let me clear up one tid bit here...

Talent needs character in order for me to really give much credit.
Bobby was the most talented with no other redeemable attributes..he was an ass.
Barry is talented..and also an ass.
Henry was generous as long as it helped his cause (I did mean to say five bucks a day.)
I played a lot of chess....and never got any good at it.
I LOVE patterned tile, its one of my specialties.
