I have responded to you, on all emails to an AOL account, I did not take any money from your credit card but paypal did on a direct send to the company. I also explained to you that when the order was cancelled, the refund would have to wait until RE product was stopped in shipment, we had to contact UPS to stop the shipment and return to RE, RE then had to refund the money to us. This has been done, and I have mailed out 2 different cashiers checks to the address on file, I have to wait 10 days each time you do not receive the check and then place a stop on the check, this has happened twice. I have your money but I need you to email me the correct address as I will not send another check until I am sure it will reach you. Please send your correct address via email back channel, and I will promptly issue another cashiers check and send it certified or fedex, so that it may be tracked.
