Cheap Reliable Work?

I have a 90 XJ with a 5in Lift and 32's. My problem is I am still running 3.55's and I have about 205,000 on it and really need to regear to regain some power and help with gas mileage. Does anyone know a place in colorado that does good work with a reasonable price. I am afraid to even know what 4WheelParts wants for labor.

Ya'll might want to check with Terry before you recommend him. At the time he was doing mine he could only do bench installs. He was not setup to do in vehicle installs.

Check out my buddy Rob's site. He does some cool stuff. Lifted my XJ and has done everything to my rig that has been done. I go to his shop once a week and help him out to learn some things. In a couple weeks we are working on a transmission of this guys wrangler.
