Charouleau Gap Run Dec 16th

Well, I kinda made todays 1st official/unofficial run at 3 feathers. I was late but still made it. Great to meet some guys from around here and .
We talked about it, so here it is. Trying to get a run to Charouleau Gap on December 16th, 2006. So far we have thoses of us that were at 3 feathers today which is 5 jeepers. Lets see what we can do and get together a nice party for what will more than likely be the last run of 2006.

oh ya, COME ON GUYS, 2 more needed to form a AZ chapter. LOL

Man... If that wasn't 500 miles away, I'd be down for that run. That looks like a really kickass trail, and stuff like this that's short enough to do in a day but still fun to run really appeals to me.

Sweet. I will update this thread with the meeting place and time for all who want to attend.
But, I need to try again on the AZ chapter. We are only 2 people shy of havingn our 15. All we need are 2 more people to join and we can get it started.
I talked to another buddy tonight and he will probably join this weem, so lets do this thing up and make Charouleau gap the 1st official run of our chapter. I think we can do it.

You must be a paid member of Naxja in order for it to count. Go to Membership and pay your 35, then we only need 1 more. Like they said. Under .10 cents a day.
Also, look up charouleaus gap on google, there are ALOT of pics of that run. Looks like alot of fun.

I just checked out Jim's pics from the Sept run there, that looks like a super fun trail. I have never done that as I am a new to this jeep thing and have only done 1.5 trails.

Just for the record, the meeting place will be the chevron and the time will be between 8:30am and 9:00am

the chevron is at oracle and mcgee ill be there 8:15-8:30

In case you don't know the area that well. Just North or the intersection of Oracle and Magee, on the east side of the road there is a Chevron Station and a McDonalds (I assume that is the one being discussed). Good place for coffee and a biscuit before the run!!

What time do you plan on leaving the kiosk at the west trail head? I would have to meet you all there since I would be coming via Tangerine rd.

I’m guessing that you are going to wheel the entire trail to Oracle finishing at dusk.
