Comin up in just less than a month from now. How does everybody's long range plans look (as best as you can tell)?

Finally got school behind me it looks like, so i'll have more time to help get this planned.

due to changes in plans im going to be leaving for the beach a week later so a buddy and i will most likely be coming down

Looking around at different shelters there, if we wanted to rent a small one (capacity of 20) it'd be $52. I wouldn't have a problem splitting the cost with 1 or 2 other people on this, and I think it would be worth while that way we're guaranteed a spot.

The one I was looking is Freedom Park (Princeton Rd)

most anything "can" be covered by the chapter, but I think a vote by the BOD is necessary to make it happen. If you want them to take it up, I'd PM someone on the board and ask them what's required.

Got a PM from Ed..he mentioned that they did a raffle to cover the cost of their shelter for their last M&G...he's checking with Mark to see if there's any SWAG he can send us.

Got some swag being sent to me to sell at the M&G!! This should help cover the cost of the shelter. Don't know what's coming just yet.
