And I spoke to the silk screener again and they still say they would not use a solid white back ground due to the inconsistancy of the other colors laying over the top...

I'm beginning to agree that the white background isn't the way to go. My only reason for asking you to include it was it represents the chapter stickers in their current form. No big deal to me either way, and it sounds like the silkscreener can provide a better product without the white.
I have a feeling we'll be doing Black #2 and one other color shirt. I'm ok with it being either the gray or tan.

Ok, well it looks like Black #2 and the shirt logos without the white background won your approval!
Justin and I will get busy and see what kind of pricing we can get to make these shirts happen in time for the next meeting.
There was quite a bit of talk about grey shirts, unless there's a bunch of objections, I think we'll look into making the shirts available in Tan and Gray, with the Black shirt a definite go. We may only be able to afford one additional color beyond the Black - Tan will likely be first preference before Gray.

Regardless... I'd like to pull my suggestion of Kitten. I'm having a LOT of problems with her. Not responding to emails, 4 weeks late on a shipment, haven't heard from her in a long time, etc.. I'm still out a bunch of cash. she is definitely not the route you want to go.
I've got another person in Arvada that's pretty good with prices. I'll try to get some info to either one of you in the next couple days. I'm buried right now.
