different price for Members and forum users? Free for members?

Well We have enough in our account to cover the cost of the geostash for now plus the gear that we are planning on giving away. Last years BBQ was almost $200.00 if I remember correctly. I will have to look through the boooks to make sure. The down fall to us paying for it is really having enough for the geostash before hand.

Last year I think we charged $5.oo a plate.

Since we are going to be at 4WP next week....what if we bought the stuff for the BBQ then?

Yes, we bought an ARB safety seal kit, a set of smittybuilt deflators and a Viair pressure gauge. It came to less than $90. I have the receipt for you.

So last year we spent 156.49 for the BBQ and then 15.00 to rent the pavilion. We made 167.00 so it ended up costing the chapter 5.00

Can we afford that this year? Seems pretty steep to me.

As long as people actually come and pay we should be ok.

I say we buy enough to feed those who said they are coming plus 20% or so. If we need more we can run to the store.
