I was thinking of picking up a jegs 16" 2100 CFM, 9 amp draw aux fan, to replace my old stock fan.

I was just wondering what diameter the stock fan is and what kind of CFM and AMP draw its rated for.......
A stock replacement is 109.99 plus shipping at quadratec.com or I can pick up this Jegs one for 79.00 plus shipping.

Any input or knowledge on this fan is greatly appreciated!!!!!!:flipoff:

I'm not sure, but from a simple smoke test (where I stand in front of the Jeep and smoke), the OE fan draws more air than a 16" fan rated at 2200CFM. You can also buy OE replacements cheaper if you shop around.

If you go with the OE, get the late model fan. The new blade design pulls more air then the early one.
If you have the time, look around a junk yard. Fans under 25 bucks.
