So we have a cat that has aquired the need to chew all our charger cords. He finds the white ipod cords especially yummy, but any will do, black ones last a little longer, maybe not as noticeable. Things we have tried:
- keeping them coiled, and neatly tucked away, so just the end is out to plug into the phone like on a nightstand, sidetable.
- soaking the cord in real lemon juice- doenst seem effective
-tabasco sauce- was left alone for a night or two
- habernero sauce was left alone for a night or two
- tinfoil wrapped., works until the cat batts off tinfoil to expose cord then severes.....
Our cats seemed normal until I fed them some catnip one day, now one eats cords, the other attacks our mastiff ( indoor house horse) and rides on his neck.....
So anyone know of a surefire way to my cord problem?:dunno: was thinking maybe cooltape. spent $80 on 8 cords in the last 3 weeks. thanks
