I had two holes on the drivers side floor pan. I took the carpet out and ground down the rusty metal and cleaned up the rust. Then I cut to fit pieces of sheetmetal- one for the outside and one for the inside. I used a panel bond gun I borrowed from a friend at a body shop and glued the holes shut. Then I undercoated both sides. No more water inside.
