Here is what I was working with all day. It broke once, went home and rewelded/sleeved it. It was all solid welded under the sleeve. Took a decent beating I think... Chromo shaft should be here today!!!

Its not til you see that thing sitting next to the impact that you realize the size of that thing. (yes Grimm, I am talking about his shaft!! haha)

Haven't pulled it, but yet another drivers side motor mount. :(

What mounts are you using?

Cheap ass stock replacements, this is the second one. I've got a set of Brown dogs sitting on the work bench, just need to put them in. If anyone wants a new motor mount, just holler, I'll lifetime warrantee this one and give it away...

Yeah man, get them in already. I am so happy I replaced mine with poly mounts. The whoops and shit really tear them up!!!

Thanks man, I'm gonna try and make it out there in 2 weeks or so. Got my front shaft replaced yesterday. no biggie. turns out the popping noise was my t-case skipping teeth on the chain. that will take me another hour to change. just gotta get another chain to throw in there.
My frame rails took a serious beating saturday. thinking its time to remove them in place of some tube and get the 4 link done... At the same time, the rocker panels might be coming out as well and the boatsides go in. Think I can get my jeep under 3k #'s. D30 and D44 never had it so easy on 35"s..
Now unless Capt'n Ron ever gets the knuckles figured out, I'll probably just stick with the 35"s. I've gone enough places as it sites and its still street legalish.
I came over that pair of rocks and just simply killed that stub shaft. I tried it with momentum since it worked for me earlier. Who cares... My grin is from ear to ear. My wife pointed out, the pick of the 4 clowns righting my jeep from the minor flop looked like the 4 soldiers raising the flag on Iwo Jima. Just a few saw my face... Big Shit eatin grin.....
Lets wheel. And I will be happy to bring a growler of homebrew for AFTER wheeling when all the jeeps are loaded up on the trailers and the gate is locked. Nothing like a parking lot pint...
