Can't add attachments

For some reason the "manage attachment" button doesn't show up qhen I createnew thread or reply to existing threads, except in test forum and here. I've tried replying different ways, advanced reply, etc. I'm on on Iphone if that matters.

I've no problem attaching in other forums in all categories.

certain subforums have the attachment feature turned off, mainly due to the amount of traffic in there i'd guess. every attached pic is hosted on the sever, eating away at the amount of web space that the club pays for.it's just as easy to go host them on photobucket or similar free image hosting site and then post them here.

photobucket is literally the worst image host IMO... I use imgur.
