Calipers: WJ upgrade

Has anyone run the WJ conversion with a Warn 5 on 5 1/2 hub conversion. I assume the spacer would still be needed? I kinda like the idea of an export D44 with the WJ brakes and a 5 on 5 1/2 conversion. Little fab work required. I don't have the time. I would be a bit concerned with only 3 bolt holding n the spindle.
