There is an o-ring between the FPR and the rail, but it's also possible the FPR itslef has gone south. Easy enough to change the o-ring though. The o-ring is often included in the injector o-ring kit.

Well it seems like the fuel is spraying out of the area where the FPR connects to the Rail, so would any o-ring do the trick because I have a monstrous o-ring kit. What size o-ring is it? does anyone know offhand? or should I just test fit till I find something that works?

I'm not sure on the size. I'm guessing your o-ring kit is Nitrile, aka Buna-N which should work okay. I believe the o-ring that comes in the o-ring kit is Viton, either brown or black. The o-ring kit is only $3.
