I need a rear bumper with a 2" receiver.
Anyone selling one or know someone who fabs?

I bought mine from tomken, they had it to me in like 7 days. Quadratec down near philly might have one in stock. Joe attardo up here in the poconos might make you one...

when i got mine, tomken was out of stock. but called quadratec and they had 'em. (front and rear).
btw, i found their bumpers to be good platforms for "extras".

No kidding, I welded a winch plate to my Tomken front bumper. Seems to be holding up well after numerous hard pulls (both pulling bushes out of the front yard and pulling myself and others out of tight spaces). Made holes in my rear Tomken bumper and mounted back up lights inside of it. Have had my Tomkens for about 5-6 years now. They have been on two different XJ's. Still holding up well!!

I didn't look where you are, but I make them.. Interested?
I could do it for $100 less than tomken or quadratec or whoever...
You would need to pick it up in VT though...

There was a guy at the Neuroc Competition at Paragon that had one on display. It looked pretty nice too. it had a 2"receiver in it and comes with or without a tire carrier. He quoted me $550 for bumper and carrier with the cheaper "wing nut" latch. He also offers a stainless latch with a locking pin for an extra $50. He's out of Maryland. He said about an hour south of philly on RTE 1. Curtis Custom's was the name of the shop. I tried the web site, but it won't open. Anyone else see that bumper at Neuroc? It looked really well made, but I would like to see a pic of it installed. From talking to him, it sounded like he would make you anything you wanted. Sorry I don't have more info.

Joe Atardo here in the pocono's makes them too, he's in Blakeslee about 1 mile noth past the 115/940 intersection. I totally forgot about him when I bought my tomken but I saw his name pop up on the bmja.org site a cople of weeks ago.
