Bulletin Board Problems?

Don't want to sound stupid, but I seem to be having several problems...
On my "homepage" if I click to read the "new" items, I get a message that I don't have sufficient privelidges to use this feature...
Also, it seems I can't find the classifieds... and the den is missing - actually the only thing showing in the members area for me is the member roster.

Am I missing something, or is there a problem?

But according to the membership roster, it shouldn't until July - which is correct, since I bought my XJ in June of last year and immediately joined ...

OK, so I see in my signature that it says I have not Confirmed or I used a bad email Addy...

So I updated my email address on my account yesterday, since the addy I had originally used is with an ISP that I am cancelling. I did not receive any email at that address ( michael dot owens at mchsi dot com), and I have not received an email at my new email address that I changed it to (jmowens at naxja dot org).

Can someone please help?
