I don't care where they are made, I was simply making a statement that was relevent to the Farm and Fleet shackles ONLY, and then only the units that he used.

I think the main point here is we'd all like to see everyone use quality shackles and stay safe. As for what is quality I'll try to search multiple sites and make a decision from there, I'll consider myself warned (no pun intended) from more than one person on more than one shackle, and that I consider to be the best part about this site.
