Hole in the floor for doubler.

Looking back at the yet to be complete fuel tank.

This thing is coming together fast!

Still on the list...
T-case skid
Traction bar
Fuel lines
Bleed brakes and steering
Additional tubing for seats
Lengthen drive shaft
Test.

I'm betting it will be moving out of the garage by the end of the weekend.

fuel lines are done, as well as the drive shafts (and bolted in), she will be able to move on her own tomorrow.

Its about 1/2-1" too high and 1/2" to far back, but there is no binding so I am going to run it as is and see how it goes.

More progress this weekend...

My camera got a foggy lens for a bit, but you get the idea.

Seat mount bars.

Close up.

Rockers were cut out and replaced with 2x6x 1/4" wall steel and tied to the frame with these through the floor and round tubing to the cage.

A look at the tie-in brackets from below. They're sealed from the elements with "Great Stuff".

Seats are in.

Always liked the view "from behind". :D

Tubes connecting cage and rockers. Rockers are only 1" wider than stock width, just look wider.

Another view.

Looks real familiar. :D All the cool kids are going passenger drop.

Even more familiar because I spent last night completely gutting the inside of mine so I can finally finish my floor and front fenders.

Yup winterfest is this weekend, and I will have to choose to leave some things incomplete......

Bah...last trip I was on a few weeks ago, it was 13 degrees air temp outside and about 2 degrees w/windchill.

I had no floor at all. But full doors and working heat sure make a difference. :D

Well, he won't have any doors. I was thinking more of things [forrestgump]comin up from underneath![/forrestgump]

From the ground, from the jeep...wife on board.

Not sure why the pics are so bad but she can move turn and stop..... and crawl.
42's almost don't look big enough.:D

yup, i figured they are built out of the same material I would have used so I stayed with them. I have been running 37" boggers for 2 years and have beat the crap out of them, will be interesting to see if they hold up.
