Bottles for CO2

I am posting these for my neighbor, a boat guy. One is labeled CO2 and the other is Nitrous, no recent hydro tests. One is aluminum, both with mounting brackets.
He doesn't have a clue what to ask, nor do I so for the sake of putting a price, we will say $60.00 for both or $40.00 for one.

He also has a crap load of misc S.S. hoses and assorted fittings.
