booster swap only?

to fix the brake light problem i had after the swap on my 89, i removed the nylon bushing in the rod hole and made a shim that i put between the flat spot on the end of the rod and the spring mechanism of the switch. removing the nylon bushing allows for the movement of the bolt holding the switch and the shim keeps the flat spot of the rod tight to the switch mechanism. to keep the shim from falling out, the top of the shim is larger then the body of the shim. its basically the shape of a cotter pin.
