blowing fuse

not sure if I am posting in right area...
but have trouble with 20amp fuse # 11 blowing when I put transmission in reverse and neutral. drive works without blowing it.
1997 xj auto trans.

luckily it is currently stuck at my friends place up in the mountains.

any ideas are appreciated

Sounds like a worn out neutral safety switch.
