blower motor wired to separate switch

anyone know the proper way to wire the blower motor to a proper switch? i have a 95 xj rhd ? do you splice from the connector going to the resistor or from the motor itself? any help would be appreciated. thanks.

Best way I know of is to add in 4 relays, one for each switch position.

You can go to a pick and pull and get a blower motor wiring from the switch to the resister and blower motor .
