What are your thoughts on black steelie rims? I would use them on trail only, not road. Would they look good on an all white XJ? The rims I have now are the OEM Jeep Gunmetal grey wheels.

I used to run them on mine... I think they look good for on and off road.

Kurt runs the steelies like I have also wraped in 32's, he is the red(maroon) one

Just my personal opinion, but i think most any aluminum/chrome/silver color wheel are freaking ugly. Black is the way to go.

good to know, now just need to find some that are relatively inexpensive that already have tires wrapped around them

have them on my jeep the only complaint is how heavy they are. but i like the look of them. there is almost no color they dont look good with.

Roommate had some black crawlers wrapped in 31's. Liked how they looked on his.

Let's say a Pirelli P-Zero 225/40ZR18XL 92Y goes for $243 at Discount Tire, and $254 at National Tire & Battery, I can get them for you for about $251, if you get them off my hands. As you can see, Discount Tire charges $243 but charges $67 shipping per tire. I can get them mounted, balanced for about $20-$30 each, and bonus; tax free. Get a better deal at NTB of DT and you can have my...
