I am purchasing the standard, black wheels, the ones with the red and blue stripe around the outer lip. 35.00 ea.
My old XJ I ran them black for about 2 weeks, and then every dang XJ I seen up in WA state was running them. So, I went down to the paint shop, they matched some charcoal grey paint in a spray can that matched my outside color, and I painted them to match. Everyone liked the look.
My question is, with this bright arce red paint on the 97, if I color matched the wheels red, vice leaving them black, would that be like way too much red? It has black flares, bumpers, and the grill is black, along with the cage ontop. Has anyone seen color matched wheels, like Red?
