I have an older version of this, and permanently wired it into the jeep. Really nice for long weekends, your friends will want to charge their stuff. I usually charge beer for electricity, so this unit can pay for itself in no time.

i dont have this brand but i have a 700w inverter and yes it is nice to have 110v plugs in the XJ.

I liked the hardwired 800W inverter I had in the red Jeep until it burnt up. And by that I mean there were flamed when I powered it on last weekend, I had to remove the power and pull it out pretty quickly.

It's cool man, I've actually been looking for an excuse to procure a 1000W inverter for a few years now, the 800 was a tad on the weak side for some things.
