Big Bear in August

I am planning on camping with you guys, but depending on what trails you all want to run I might go meet up with my toyota friend that is planning on John Bull, Dishpan run on saturday.
Max, I'm hitting the hard trails. Anybody is welcome to be a passenger as long as I have space. I know for sure I'm already carrying two people.

Depending on the crowd that comes up, we can do two days of trails too...one hard (Saturday) and one easy (Sunday) for stockers.

As for the stockers, yes, bring it! Don't overheat. This trip is more about the camping/exploring than anything else. It's a retreat.

I thought a stock rig can get through JB :dunno:
Not anymore. WHen I went up for SoCalFest 2009, they were in the middle of making the trail more difficult. Specifically with the gatekeeper entrance. Although, we did come across a few fairly stock LR Discoveries (one that trashed his electrical system trying to winch out of a bad spot) and a stock Ram that only made it through the gatekeeper (they ran it backwards) with the help of a winch and about 10-12 NAXJA members lifting and pushing his truck around and over rocks...:D

thats fine bro... some of us cant run hard stuff and some uf us wont run the easy trails. thats the beauty of wheeling.. something different for everyone lol... heep said he want to run some difficult runs so maybe he would like that too... i wouldnt mind but i have a bad front drive shaft and not sure if i'll have the time to go yank another from a donor or find another one by the trip...
I have a spare if you want to swap it in at camp...
