I 2011 I bought the Claytons coil link kit and front arms...$3,000...then sent it to crawletech the final bill for install was about $4800 the total Bill. $7200 so 10k and was still on a 231 with a butt welded drag link ...spent $1200 to have frame stiffness welded on and $3500 for a modest cage .
Don't take long to spend a lot on very little at a shop...better off buying the tools and learning as you go ...lol...in many cases the work at a shop will not be better ...lol...shop set my rig on fire ...lol...I never did duplicate that during the learning curve .

If..... it had a VIN, indeed it would probably be title obtainable.
I'm betting that Humvee was bought and assembled from a few pieces from a surplus auction......... Hope the new buyer can still get a GSA form SF97-1. That form grants the owner a "title"...... But...... that still won't allow it to be registered and used on the road.

He used to be a stereo installer but the stereo doesn't work. lol. Sweet pics taken at night too.

Did you notice the pealing clear coat he didn't mention. No rear button. The pix are so bad, it appears that there may be body damage on the rear.
