So how does that work if someone abandons a vehicle on a trail for a long period of time - will the Forestry Dept fine you and eventually tow it away, or do they leave it out there indefinitely?

Ive seen a few rolled vehicles off trails before and wondered if the owners ever caught any heat for it.

I think it's mostly folks with ONLY xj's in the drive. Folks with reliable dd's are keeping theirs.

Hey now...not all of us. Mine's still got XJ to it...I just stepped it up a bit.

I think in reality its more of XJ's aren't being produced anymore...so the number of them out there is dwindling (though Toyota's never seem to have that problem :laugh

Hell, a ZJ is cheaper these days than an XJ by quite a bit.

I'll be looking to build another XJ, but possibly more a WJ (kinda like Grin's) in the not too distant future.

Keeping mine until it gets stolen or ripped in half (knocks on wood). But then again I still own my 1st car. Maybe I need to learn how to move on? Naa
