Best of Craigslist

its overpriced... and I think he used to own it...

Probably a bad idea to market your truck for sale using pictures of it hub-deep in a flood too... :looney:

Jeremy isn't too far off........ We're in discussions...... Price has significantly improved.....:dunno:

isn't that an old member of your herd? I swear you owned one that looked just like it...

Nope, the MJ you're thinking of was a lowered 2wd Eliminator, but sold it to Clark Peach who made a lifted pre-runner truck out of it, then sold it to another one of our 'Springs guys who recently sold it as well.

This truck was on Craigs a year or so ago, sold by a car customizing shop to one of our members Ben (BL something) who sold it not too long ago.

sigh-- they grow up so quickly (and there are so many!), I just can't keep track.

Um. Yeah. What Yella said.

Pm dutchvdub, he'll hook you up and does quality work up in firestone. Franks would do the same in the springs but I think he's busier than a one armed paper hanger...

And if 31's are as big as you'll go, 4.10 on an auto will be fine... It's a touch deep if you have a manual, unless you like driving 55

kinda figured, knew I should ask. You guys have never steered me wrong yet..

any suggestions on a reliable affordable shop that would warranty re-gear work ? what "should" it cost or is a axle swap a better idea? Looking to get to 4:10 or 4:56. Running 3:55 on 31's now... which is just ok, but pulling the passes kinda blows.

Go see Dutch....

220, 221, whatever it takes...

STAY AWAY from SFF Customs. Guy does a half ass job with everything. Couple years ago I paid him to set up a 44 for my girlfriends TJ because i didn't have time. I gave him a superior gear set and install kit, plus I brought him just axle with shafts already pulled. Can't get any easier right? Well that thing sung like canary the second I installed it. Pattern was all wrong, no carrier bearing preload at all. I have seen some other jeeps he worked on as well and was not impressed. Yes he's cheap but don't waste you money.
