Yep. That 's Jon Ohana. He's a member over on Colorado4x4 "Ohanafab".
Good light duty sliders. A few guys here have them and I've run 2 sets myself. I wouldn't do any hardcore trails like Carnage or Indy with 'em, but for the money they'll do the job for most other kinds of use.

FWIW, 4" rect. tube x 3/16" wall works much better.

I made em, they're halfway installed. My buddies welder crapped out so we couldn't finish, they should be completely done in the next couple days though.
They turned out better then I expected.
