if that guy really spend 30 grand for a siren control and 16 LED's, he totally got ripped off! You could probably get that done professionally for about a grand at the most!

Kelly Blue Book puts that Rubi at $19,220 in excellent condition and I put it as loaded with 40K miles just to get a ball park price. That dude is high as a kite.

And to give him the benefit of the doubt Ben, I don't think he's putting value on just the emergency lighting equipment, I'd imagine that includes all the lighting, roof rack, 2 tops, 2 sets of tires/wheels, lock box, winch, bumper, lift, etc. But even then, if he spent $30k on the accessories, he should learn to shop around for better pricing..... although he probably didn't turn a wrench on that rig himself, so you gotta figure he likely paid through the nose in labor rates........... :looney:

darn, it was an '04 Rubi, automatic, kenny bell supercharged, chipped, nitrous, full exhaust from header back, stock suspension, on some nasty 22" chrome rims(gross). they wanted 4800 bucks for it!

Buddy of mine did that to me on april fools day. I was on a road trip to san diego and started getting calls driving through vegas about my jeep being for sale. Last guy to call was his boss and he started to argue with me and tell me he would give me more than I was asking.
