Wanted: Jeep Cherokee bumpers (custom), jeep winch, skid plates (Colorado Springs)

Looking for the following items. I'm building up a Jeep Cherokee on a fixed budget and will pay cash as follows for these items:
Will pay $100-150: Jeep Cherokee custom front bumper, like the one shown in the attached picture. It does NOT have to have a brush guard, but I do need it to taper toward the edges as shown, and it must be wider at the center or at least have a space where a winch can be mounted. It can be damaged, rusted, etc. as long as it can be fixed with welding. Need reasonable weight - less than 100 lbs; ~50-70 lbs preferable. Please note - I am specifically looking for this type/shape of bumper or something close to it. I am not interested in tube bumpers or stock Jeep Cherokee bumpers, nor am I interested in those bumpers that are extremely heavy (e.g. bumpers made of 3/4" steel for snow plow attachments, etc.).
Will pay $75: Rear swing gate bumper for Cherokee (or something I can weld onto mine - I need the swing gate hinge). As before, it can be rusted, damaged, etc. I'm looking to weld my own custom swing gate but I need the heavy hinge attachment.
Will pay $200: Winch, 8000 lb. capacity minimum. Regardless of brand, it must at least be in working condition.
Will pay $60: Skid / armor plate to cover gas tank on Jeep Cherokee ('93). Can be home-built, dirty/rusted, damaged, etc. as long as weldable without too much difficulty.
I check my email every day. Please email if you have any items and are interested at these prices; pictures are extremely helpful. I can negotiate only slightly as my budget is very limited and I have to keep within these prices. I'm willing to drive as far as Denver for the front bumper or winch.
